HistoPráctica is an educational platform for the study and practice of
histology. It was created and is developed by Luis Fernando Sánchez Cruz, a
Medicine student at the Universidad de Guadalajara, Centro Universitario de la
Costa (CUCosta), in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.

The idea, technical development, design, user experience and evolution of this
web platform are the work of Luis Fernando Sánchez Cruz. Original materials
created specifically for HistoPráctica are attributed to him, subject to
applicable law and to the rights of third parties described in section 3.


2. PROJECT INDEPENDENCE

HistoPráctica, available at https://histopractica.online, is an independent
educational platform created and developed by Luis Fernando Sánchez Cruz.

Luis Fernando Sánchez Cruz is not Alejandro Barreca.

This web platform is not affiliated with, associated with, or related to
Alejandro Barreca or to his YouTube channel that uses the name HistoPráctica.
The two projects are independent of each other.

Similarity of names does not, by itself, establish a relationship,
partnership, common authorship or shared ownership between separate projects.


3. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

This declaration does not claim exclusive ownership of any third-party
material. Libraries, fonts, services, images and other materials used by the
platform (for example Supabase, Vercel, GSAP and the Nunito typeface) remain
the property of their respective authors and rights holders and are used under
their own licenses or terms. Educational images credited to third-party
sources remain subject to the rights of those sources.


4. PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT

This is a public statement of authorship, attribution and independence for the
HistoPráctica website. It is not a legal registration, a cryptographic proof
of identity, or a guarantee of how search engines or other systems will
